Settle In provides trusted and accurate information about the resettlement process and life in the United States. To start, choose from one of the three options below.

Patrick Muteba, 21 (left) and George Ngalamulume,18 are brothers from Zambia. Their parents fled the Democratic Republic of Congo to Zambia. With very little formal education in Zambia, the two are now college students: Patrick is pre-law; George is pre-med. The brothers, along with their parents and other siblings were resettled May 2008, on Patrick's birthday. Patrick is a former intern with the IRC in Boise.
